Hi John,
Our web page, T - M Cowboy Classics, is working so well for us, that we are totally amazed and can't believe it. To think, we closed our shop over a year and a half ago, and last year, we sold more from the web page than we ever did in a year with an open shop and all the overhead expenses, plus having to be dressed up and on our best behavior, in case a customer should drop by and maybe, just maybe, find something to buy.
This year, one month into it, we are already at a figure that is unbelievable, just for January. And February has started out well, also. Mostly sales from our web pages.
You taught me how to do it - and I have learned along the way, of course. And of course, you take the time to help me when I get stuck in a project, by either e mails or a phone conversation. You encouraged us, and voila, our dreams came true - to stay home and run a very successful business, without going out into traffic or weather!
Tom's new custom made furniture is really looked at and ordered. I will set up a page for positive customer feedback soon. We cannot keep enough vintage cowboy merchandise on the pages. I could sell some things over and over, so of course, it keeps us looking all over the place to find replacements for what we've sold.
Just wanted to tell you - after closing the books for the year 2000, how amazed we were, and nearly all the sales came from our web page you designed and set up for us!
